First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Service Champion at our Dubai branch to deliver outstanding customer service, welcome visitors, and understand their needs while guiding them to digital options. You will educate customers on FAB Mobile, assist with transactions, and collaborate with the branch team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome all customers visiting the branch, creating a welcoming ambiance and building a positive first impression.
Engage with customers to understand their reason for visiting and support with their request including deposits, withdrawals, and basic banking services.
Ensure accurate information is given to customers at all times and capture potential leads.
Direct customers to FAB Mobile and educate on its features and benefits.
Lead generation through cross-sell opportunities while maintaining excellent service quality.
Maintain high NPS by upholding FAB’s Customer First culture and minimizing complaints.
Ensure accurate and compliant processing of transactions with strict adherence to policies.
Interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders across the bank.
