Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Service Champion for our branches to deliver exceptional service and support to customers. You will welcome guests, understand the purpose of their visit, and determine whether requests can be fulfilled digitally, guiding them to the right FAB services.

In this role you will educate customers on FAB Mobile and online banking, help with routine transactions, and actively generate leads while upholding our Customer First culture.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications: High School graduated.
• Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Relevant computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers visiting the branch, creating a welcoming ambiance and building a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers to understand their reason for visiting and support with their request including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cheques, e-statements, banking letters, foreign exchange, etc.
• Provide accurate information to capture potential leads and follow the Customer Obsessed Methodology to maintain a high level of customer experience.
• Educate customers on FAB Mobile and direct them to digital channels where appropriate.
• Assist customers with ATM/CDM guidance and promotions of digital services.
• Lead generation by leveraging product knowledge to capture cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and 100% error-free transactions while minimizing risk.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and other departments to meet branch objectives.
• Complete mandatory trainings on time and adhere to FAB's Information Security Policy.
• Operate within Group policies and governance frameworks.
