Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Service Champion to deliver exceptional service at the branch. You will welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to digital solutions while promoting FAB's products and services.

You will educate customers on FAB Mobile, handle inquiries, support digital migration, and work with the branch team to improve the overall customer experience while maintaining accuracy and security of information.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Relevant computer skills.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers visiting the branch, creating a welcoming ambiance and building a positive first impression.
• Engage with customers to understand their reason for visiting and support with their request including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cheques, and account inquiries.
• Provide accurate information to capture potential leads and follow customer obsession methodologies for high customer experience.
• Direct customers to FAB Mobile for services available digitally and educate on app features.
• Guide customers to ATMs and CDMs and explain related functions and security considerations.
• Lead generation through cross-sell opportunities and achieving referral targets.
• Ensure high standards of NPS and minimize customer complaints while following FAB policies.
• Maintain error-free transactions with strict compliance and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders within FAB and complete mandatory trainings.
