Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Service Champion to deliver outstanding branch customer service. You will greet customers, identify needs and guide them to digital options when possible, while promoting FAB products and services.

You will work with the branch team to enhance customer experience, conduct suggestive selling, and ensure accurate information and secure handling of customer data in line with FAB policies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and banking basics.
• Proficient computer skills and data handling.

Responsibilities
