You will collaborate with the branch team to enhance customer experience, educate customers on digital services, and strive for a high NPS by providing accurate information and professional interactions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers.

• Relevant computer skills.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the branch and create a welcoming ambiance.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them to suitable solutions.
• Inform customers about FAB Mobile and online banking options where applicable.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and standard banking inquiries while ensuring accuracy.
• Generate potential leads through cross-selling and excellent service.
