Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential strategy partners, including professional traders, quantitative teams, and crypto KOLs.
• Conduct daily cold and warm outreach via Telegram, Discord, X, TradingView, and LinkedIn.
• Evaluate prospects based on strategy track record, audience quality, and platform fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and track pipeline stages accurately.
• Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified prospects to the senior Business Development team.
• Hit weekly and monthly metrics for outbound activities and booked meetings.
