Job summary

Reap is seeking an SDR/BDR to build qualified pipeline for our New Business Partnerships team. This predominantly outbound role involves cold calling fintechs, crypto platforms, wallets, and Web3 players to open doors and create meetings for BDMs.

You'll target accounts, maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, and contribute to a fast-growing program backed by the Payward (Kraken) group. English fluency required, with knowledge of Circle/Fireblocks a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR role in fintech, payments, crypto, or API/infrastructure products.
• Excellent written outreach and strong phone conversation skills.
• Curious about stablecoins and digital assets; familiarity with Circle, Fireblocks, Rain, or Thredd is a plus.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound with cold calling as core motion, supported by email, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Research and prioritise target accounts across crypto platforms, fintechs, wallets, and neobanks.
• Book qualified meetings for BDMs and hit monthly pipeline targets.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and use Gong to sharpen your pitch.
• Feed competitor and ecosystem intel back to the GTM team.
