Job summary

BitDelta Limited is seeking an Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize its affiliate and partnership programs across FX, crypto, CFD, and online trading markets. You will leverage an established network of affiliates, IBs, influencers, and media partners to maximize acquisition and revenue.

The role requires deep knowledge of tracking platforms, payment systems, and partner relationship management to drive scalable growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in acquiring and managing affiliate partnerships.
• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and IB models.
• Strong understanding of crypto and financial markets.
• Knowledge of affiliate attribution and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage high-performing affiliates, IBs, influencers, and partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and commercial models with networks.
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI.
• Manage tracking systems, attribution, and commission calculations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new acquisition channels.
