Job summary

BTSE is seeking entrepreneurial individuals for an Enterprise Solutions hunter role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will establish partnerships with startups and enterprises, representing BTSE’s White-Label Exchange, Wallet, and crypto payment system.

You will attend crypto events and engage with B2B customers to grow BTSE's partner ecosystem. You will be the face of BTSE, building relationships, presenting solutions, and driving collaborations across diverse industries in a fast-growing crypto

Qualifications

Native/fluent English with confident presentation skills.
Teachable and hardworking, regardless of prior experience.
Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to solve problems.
Willingness to take ownership and execute toward goals.

Responsibilities

Prospect at crypto events to find new partners and customers and introduce BTSE.
Tailor conversations to different customers and cultures, addressing varied business needs.
Build and manage a book of business and pipeline, moving customers toward closing deals.
Identify ways to reach more customers through events, cold outreach, and referrals.
Collaborate with the technical team to create customized client solutions.
