Responsibilities

• Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day‑to‑day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
• Lead Identification and Pitching: Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
• Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end‑to‑end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior‑level executives of high‑value partners, ensuring long‑term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
• Process Improvement: Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.

Requirements
