Job summary
ITSEC, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company, is seeking a Dubai-based Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and GCC. You will cultivate executive relationships, build partner ecosystems, and close high-value enterprise and crypto-related accounts.
This on-site role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and clear career growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven success closing enterprise deals.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, RegTech, fintech, compliance, or crypto is highly preferred.
- Willing to work on-site in Dubai and travel across the GCC.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise business development for VerifiX, ComplianceX, and NEXUS.
- Build relationships with founders, compliance leaders, and C-level executives.
- Develop strategic partnerships across the fintech and crypto ecosystem.
- Represent ITSEC at industry events, regulator forums, and client meetings.
- Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and collaborate with technical and compliance teams.
