Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring a CRM Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead customer data management, drive engagement, and support retention initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer service.

You will maintain CRM systems, organize records, generate basic reports, and collaborate with teams to execute campaigns. A diploma or degree and 1-2 years of related experience are preferred; strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required or equivalent, relevant CRM exposure preferred.
• 1-2 years of CRM, customer service, sales or administrative experience beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM systems and data quality.
• Organize and update customer information and records.
• Support customer engagement and retention activities.
• Monitor data and prepare basic reports for teams.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and customer service.
