Job summary

Avanti Luxury Real Estate is seeking an energetic real estate lead generation specialist to make outbound calls and generate qualified leads in the UAE market.

You will manage lead statuses in the CRM, qualify prospects based on budget and investment interest, and meet daily and weekly targets. Fluent English and Hindi are required, with a willingness to work in a high-volume calling environment, and visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in real estate lead generation or a real estate call center role.
• Working knowledge of the UAE real estate market (locations, project types, off-plan vs. secondary).
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable on high-volume outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new real estate leads.
• Qualify leads based on budget, intent and investment interest.
• Maintain records of calls, lead status and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Represent Avanti with an energetic, confident phone manner.
• Meet daily and weekly call and qualified-lead targets.
