Qualifications

• 2.5–3+ years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM Marketing.
• Experience with large user bases and diverse audience segments.
• Understanding of CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of CRM/product metrics and cohort analysis.
• Ability to work with data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, spam rates, and domain reputation.
• Experience with CRM platforms and automated communications.
• Hands-on approach to tasks rather than delegating.
• Strong understanding of content creation and writing technical specifications.
