Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Scheduling: Plan and arrange crew changes based on vessel requirements.
  • Recruitment & Documentation: Assist in hiring, maintaining crew records, and ensuring all certifications are up to date.
  • Compliance: Ensure crew meets regulatory and company requirements (e.g., STCW, MLC 2006, ISM).
  • Crew Welfare: Support crew members with travel, medical needs, and general well-being.
  • Administration: Maintain databases, process payroll inputs, and handle crew travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in crewing, shipping, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
