Job summary

Responsibilities

• Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
• Ensure proper portions, presentation, and garnish.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Maintain kitchen logs for safety and quality control.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
