Qualifications

• Experience in logistics leadership roles is essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with regional and international management.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability in a multi-country operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct development programs within the UAE country operations.
• Ensure achievement of short-term and long-term goals with effective planning.
• Supervise station staff using strong management practices per local labor laws.
• Own the profit and loss for the country operation, including sales, marketing, finance and HR.
• Approve financial applications and reports, and handle ad hoc tasks from Regional VP.
• Monitor country budgets, ensure expenditures stay within limits, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with Regional Management and other international managers for smooth operation.
• Promote the UK business across the network and build market partnerships.
• Design and execute a sales strategy to grow the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
