Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 15 to 25 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Executive leadership certifications and professional memberships are advantageous.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site, or multi-country operations is highly desirable.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAE operations across Sea, Air and Land Freight Forwarding, Procurement, Customs Clearance, Yard Management, and Contract Logistics.
• Develop and execute UAE operations strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and cost optimization across operational functions.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination between freight forwarding, customs, transportation, fleet, yards and warehouses.
• Manage partial P&L for operations and oversee budgets and resources.
• Drive service quality and customer retention through reliable delivery and issue resolution.
• Lead digital transformation, automation and data-driven performance management.
• Support growth opportunities, capacity development and strategic partnerships.
• Maximize utilization of fleet, assets and facilities, maintaining safety standards.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement and supplier performance.
