Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing project budgets, cost plans, and feasibility estimates at concept, schematic, and detailed design stages
• Prepare BOQ and detailed cost estimates from design drawings and specifications, under supervision
• Assist in the tendering process, including preparing RFQs, collating tender returns, and drafting cost comparison reports
• Support procurement strategy development and preparation of tender documentation
• Contribute to cashflow projections and cost reports for internal reviews
• Maintain and update internal cost databases, market rates, and benchmarking records
• Liaise with design consultants and contractors to gather information required for accurate cost estimates
• Support senior commercial team members in commercial presentations and reporting
