• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and tender estimates.
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts and supplier contracts.
• Evaluate IPCs, VOs, and EOT claims.
• Manage final accounts and commercial close-outs.
