Job summary

Caliberly in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring effective cost control and budgeting.

You will analyze drawings, prepare BOQs, monitor expenditures, and support contracts, procurement, and reporting across residential, commercial, and infrastructure schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost Planning & Estimation: prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and BOQs.
• Analyze drawings, specs and contracts to determine project costs.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Assist in contracts, subcontracts and commercial management.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders with project teams.
• Coordinate with procurement for material pricing and supplier evaluations.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and provide commercial insights.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Support close-out activities and final accounts.
