Fatherson International Fze is seeking a Civil Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to manage project costs, prepare estimates and BOQs, and coordinate with PMs, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure budgets and commercial documentation are accurate.

The role requires proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel, strong ability to read civil/architectural drawings, and experience with BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract administration in UAE construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review BOQ for civil/construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material quantities.
• Prepare interim payments, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor expenses, variations, and cost control throughout projects.
• Prepare variation orders and evaluate additional works.
• Assist in tender pricing and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and PMs.
• Verify site measurements match drawings and work completed.
