Responsibilities

• Develop detailed feasibility studies and early-stage cost plans for new real estate and construction projects in Dubai.
• Provide professional cost advice aligned with project objectives and financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to define budgets and identify cost constraints or value opportunities.
• Refine cost plans as designs evolve and evaluate the financial impact of design modifications.
• Advise on procurement strategies and optimal tendering approaches.
• Conduct value engineering exercises to align design intent with approved budgets.
• Identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support cost management plans.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities including document review, itemization, categorization, and structured compilation.
• Ensure BOQ accuracy through thorough cross-checking and quality control processes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable construction standards and industry guidelines.
• Support preparation of tender documentation and provide detailed cost breakdowns to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain strict budgetary control.
