Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation and commercial documentation across design development, procurement and project cost control.

You will review drawings for scope gaps, support tender pricing, material cost analysis and subcontractor comparisons, and prepare interim payment applications while maintaining records and reports with Excel and QS software. UAE/GCC QS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of quantity surveying experience.
• Strong BOQ preparation, measurement, estimation and variation assessment skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
• UAE/GCC QS experience.
