Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates from CAD drawings and tender documents, while negotiating quotations with subcontractors and suppliers. You will assess feasibility and help keep project costs within budget, coordinating with Sales and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in exhibition, events, or interior fit-out sectors, with strong costing, materials knowledge, and UAE/GCC experience preferred. Full-time, Dubai-based position.

Qualifications

• Open to Arabic nationals aged 35 years and below with at least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Commercial professional in exhibition, events, interior fit-out, or experiential industry.
• Direct experience in preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, material and subcontractor costing, and commercial pricing for exhibition stands and events.
• UAE/GCC exhibition or events industry experience is highly preferred.

• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and strong commercial relationships.
• Assess project commercial feasibility, provide cost-effective alternatives to the Design team, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to maintain project costs within budget.
• Manage client variations, price negotiations, internal project budgets, and project cost closing in coordination with Operations and Finance.
