Tanqeeb is seeking a diligent Company Secretary to assist with corporate and shareholding matters, maintain registers, incorporation documents, articles of association, and other governance records. You will coordinate with shareholders, directors, and external providers to ensure timely approvals, stamping, and seal requirements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years' experience in corporate operations or governance, with strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.
Assist with corporate and shareholding matters, including share transfers, changes in shareholding, capital increases, and director changes. Maintain and update corporate records, registers, incorporation documents, articles of association, and other governance documents. Coordinate with shareholders, directors, management, external professional service providers, and internal teams. Coordinate document approvals, signing, stamping, and company seal requirements, ensuring proper records are maintained. Track cross-functional action items, deadlines, outstanding matters, and project progress. Maintain centralized corporate documentation, including filing, naming, version control, and access. Follow up on action items arising from management meetings and provide timely progress updates. Support corporate operations, governance projects, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Management, Corporate Governance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience
in corporate operations, company secretarial services, corporate governance, legal operations, business operations, or a similar environment.
Experience with corporate documentation, records management, approval tracking, or stakeholder coordination is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good written and spoken English;

Experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or a regulated industry is a plus.
