Job summary

ASSURED GROW CONSULTANCY L.L.C. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a CEO Office project lead to drive corporate restructuring and strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate with external consultants, lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, banks, authorities and internal teams to translate recommendations into actionable tasks with owners, due dates and dependencies. You will maintain master trackers, logs, and weekly status dashboards, prepare MOMs and CEO updates, and ensure outcomes are properly

Qualifications

• Strong project-management and project-tracking discipline.
• Ability to convert consultant inputs into action points with owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Strong business acumen, logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP, consultants and senior management.
• Fluent English communication with CEO and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the CEO Office project lead for corporate restructuring and strategic projects Coordinate with external consultants lawyers tax advisers auditors banks authorities and internal teams Support project activities relating to SPV formation unit de-linking holding structures and legal-entity changes Understand consultant recommendations and break them into tasks owners due dates dependencies and decision points Ask relevant questions to clarify logic assumptions documents required risks and timelines Maintain master project tracker action register decision log risk dependency log and weekly status dashboard Follow up with Finance Legal Sales Admin Operations IT ERP consultants and other departments for closure Identify gaps delays and risks early and escalation to the CEO with facts impact options and recommended next step Prepare clear MOMs CEO updates and consultant follow-up notes Ensure deliverables approvals files and decisions are properly documented and traceable Handle confidential business financial legal and family-business information with discretion
