Job summary

Resolute Dynamics in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new corporate opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive growth within the corporate sector. You will collaborate with leadership and sales teams to execute strategic initiatives and represent our brand to key clients.

In this role you will generate leads through cold calling and networking, present products, schedule meetings, and close deals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Must be smart, energetic, and target‑driven.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
• Build strong client relationships and drive customer engagement.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
