Key Responsibilities

• Audit fleet partner performance and support monitoring of live logistics operations.
• Assist in implementing regional action plans related to riders, fleet partners, and delivery operations.
• Suggest practical improvement ideas based on industry research, operational observations, and rider feedback.
• Support external meetings, administrative tasks, and ongoing initiatives connected to logistics performance.
• Measure initiative outcomes to help teams understand impact, identify gaps, and improve future execution.
• Document action plans, local adaptations, project updates, and operational follow‑up items clearly.
• Track progress on logistics initiatives and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Support project delivery by organizing updates, maintaining records, and following up on pending actions.
• Act as a coordination point with the PA function on 3PL and rider‑related matters.
• Help maintain accuracy in reports, trackers, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, and operational stakeholders.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while staying aligned with logistics priorities and team requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive operational, partner, or rider‑related information.

• Prior experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, fleet support, operations assistance, or delivery operations.
