Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics systems, tools, and operational data to identify performance gaps, efficiency opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work with different talabat markets to solve analytical problems and execute practical logistics solutions.
• Review complex data points across order flows, delivery preferences, operational settings, and logistics infrastructure.
• Run experiments on order flow systems, predictive model settings, and customer preference behavior.
• Help identify the best balance between user experience, delivery speed, and logistics efficiency.
• Support the rollout and effective use of Delivery Hero technology, tools, and data models across regional markets.
• Provide data-driven input to product roadmap discussions that can improve delivery efficiency, speed, automation, and customer preference handling.
• Liaise with country teams, central product operations, and data science teams to improve logistics processes and tool effectiveness.
• Improve reporting structures and data visibility so markets can make faster and more accurate operational decisions.
• Build and maintain reports that track logistics performance, market trends, operational risks, and improvement progress.
• Use SQL, Excel, and reporting tools to support deep-dive analysis and regular business reviews.
• Support geographical analysis and predictive modeling work where required.
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for market teams and senior stakeholders.
• Keep pace with fast-moving logistics operations and provide practical solutions that match local market needs.

Ideal Profile
