Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to source and hire Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across the UAE. You will build pipelines from scratch, partner with hiring managers, and drive full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced cybersecurity tech environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication. Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing channels.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System and managing full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across a range of levels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, referrals, events and postings.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring plans.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close.
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and managers to align expectations.
