• 7+ years of proven recruitment experience, with emphasis on Sales recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Sales/Sales Engineering in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing methods.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across various levels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, events, and postings.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring plans.
• Manage full lifecycle from sourcing to offer and close.
• Act as candidate ambassador and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and market insights.
• Maintain regular communication to align expectations and track recruitment activity.
• Handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment with urgency and precision.
