Job summary

A construction firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple high-value contracts. The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Law, accompanied by at least 5 years of relevant experience within the UAE. This role requires exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of UAE contract law and FIDIC conditions. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of contract management software will be advantageous.
