Job summary

China Railway 18th Bureau Group LLC in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its team on a major construction project. This role requires hands-on management of contract documentation and control of records, RFIs, variations, EOT, and claims using Aconex.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in engineering, business administration, or document management, with at least four years of UAE/Gulf experience in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Prerequisite: Aconex Document Management (Mandatory)
• 4+ Years UAE/Gulf experience in document control
• Contract documentation experience (RFIs, Variations, EOT) and large-scale construction

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation for construction and contract activities.
• Manage contract-related records, including RFIs, variations, interim payments, EOT, and claims documentation.
• Control document workflows using the Aconex document management system.
• Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded, tracked, and distributed.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain document compliance and timely submissions.
