Job summary
China Railway 18th Bureau Group LLC is urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its Dubai team for a major construction project. The role focuses on maintaining comprehensive project documentation, managing contract-related records, and supporting contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of UAE/Gulf experience in document control, hands-on Aconex proficiency, and strong skills in MS Office.
Qualifications
- 4+ years UAE/Gulf experience in document control.
- Experience on large construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Aconex mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of contract documentation and project records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize project documentation for construction and contract activities.
- Manage contract-related records, including RFIs, variations, interim payments, EOT, and claims documentation.
- Control document workflows using Aconex.
- Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded, tracked, and distributed.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain document compliance and timely submissions.
