Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience using EDMS systems, particularly Aconex.
• Knowledge of document control processes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain organized filing systems for project documentation.
• Manage correspondence, reports, and project-related documents.
• Process contractor submittals and Requests for Information.
• Review contractor submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate document control processes across multiple projects.
