Job summary

Builtway Construction is seeking an experienced Document Controller for its project team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role requires managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UAE construction experience with a UAE main contractor or construction company, strong document control skills, and proficiency in Aconex, EDMS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience required.
• Experience working with a UAE main contractor or construction company mandatory.
• Proficiency in document control procedures and correspondence management.
• Experience managing technical construction documents and project records.
• Proficiency in Aconex, EDMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project document control procedures and filing systems.
• Handle drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Maintain document registers and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure accurate version control and timely distribution of project documents.
• Coordinate documentation with consultants, subcontractors, and project/site teams.
• Prepare reports and assist with document retrieval when required.
