Job summary

Metamorf Information Technologies Limited in Dubai seeks a Sales Engineer to drive business development and technical sales in the UAE construction market. You will identify opportunities, engage EPCs/contractors, and promote foundation solutions, structural steel, and equipment rental services.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant technical sales or business development experience, a civil engineering background is preferred, and a UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant Technical Sales or Business Development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Strong exposure to contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Promote foundation solutions, structural steel products, and rental services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct client meetings and project/site visits.
• Understand project requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales proposals.
• Support tender submissions, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
• Track sales pipelines, enquiries, leads, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and project teams to support smooth execution.
• Monitor UAE construction trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Identify potential projects and develop sales opportunities.
• Maintain effective customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
