Job summary

LEAD CRANE LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote heavy machinery, cranes, and engineering solutions across the UAE. The role targets growth by developing opportunities and building long-term client relationships within the heavy equipment sector.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment or crane sales, a technical degree, and excellent English communication. A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment or crane sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Own vehicle and UAE driving licence are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote heavy machinery, cranes, and engineering solutions to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while expanding market presence.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on quotations and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development initiatives.
