Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to visit construction sites across Dubai and the UAE, generate new inquiries, and build opportunities.

You will meet contractors, consultants, engineers, and property representatives, promoting Tanqeeb's services, following up on leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships. A driving licence and own car are highly preferred to access sites efficiently.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.
• Own car highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and construction market.
• Experience in construction/technical services/site business development preferred.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
