Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join its Industry team. You will cultivate relationships with engineers, contractors, fabricators and project stakeholders, promoting Hilti’s engineering solutions to improve productivity, safety and efficiency on projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 2 years of steel/metal contracting experience in the Middle East, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for sales and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the steel or metal contracting industry in the Middle East.
• Strong customer focus with ability to build relationships and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with customers within the steel and metal construction industry
• Identify opportunities and provide technical solutions that address customer needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations on-site and in customer offices
• Support customers with design optimization and engineering recommendations
• Drive business growth through consultative selling and account development
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
