Job summary

MOBCO Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations in the construction sector. You will manage recruitment, contracts, work permits, and employee records while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The role covers payroll coordination, leave administration, performance support, and employee development, with a focus on maintaining confidential HR data and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and visa administration.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for construction and civil engineering positions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
• Handle employment contracts, work permits, visa documentation, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate payroll, leave administration, and end-of-service benefits.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
