• High proficiency in MS Office; hands-on with Aconex or similar EDMS.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and archive project correspondence, submittals, RFIs, and drawing revisions.
• Maintain master document logs, tracking systems, and filing structures.
• Distribute updated revisions and drawings to site engineers and managers.
• Coordinate document flows with consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Enforce standardized document control procedures across project lifecycles.
