Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill them.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Monitor daily logs and ensure outstanding requests are prioritized and resolved.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
