Job summary

EDITION Hotels in the UAE seeks a guest services professional to handle special arrangements, reservations, and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will respond to calls, coordinate with bell staff, housekeeping, and other departments, and provide information on local amenities and events.

You will review logs, monitor inventory, and assist in training and supervising team members, while upholding Marriott's Equal Opportunity standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services and make arrangements with appropriate providers.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Coordinate with departments (Bell, Housekeeping) to resolve guest issues.
• Review logs and daily memo books, documenting pertinent information.
• Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees.
