• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and inquiries.
• Provides bespoke information, recommendations and reservations.
• Relays messages promptly to guests for seamless communication.
• Safely handles guest luggage and assists with needs.
• Keeps up with hotel services, VIP requests, and events.
• Maintains knowledge of FIVE offerings, standards and compliance.
• Keeps lobby and front door areas orderly and safe.
• Supports safety and a healthy working environment.
• Operates front-of-house equipment and property management systems
