As the face of personalised guest services, you will oversee operations, curate bespoke experiences, manage high-profile requests and maintain relationships with luxury partners across Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience in Dubai.
• Experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge in a 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage the Concierge team to uphold 5-star service standards.
• Act as primary contact for VIPs, repeat guests, celebrities and high-profile clientele.
• Curate exclusive, tailor-made guest experiences (dining, entertainment, luxury transport, private events).
• Maintain an extensive network of Dubai luxury partners, vendors and service providers.
• Handle complex guest requests with discretion, efficiency and creativity.
• Oversee daily concierge operations, scheduling and service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs through pre-arrival planning and guest profile analysis.
• Resolve guest feedback with elegance, diplomacy and swift solutions.

We are seeking an accomplished highly connected and service-driven Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge department at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.

This role is designed for a senior hospitality professional with extensive Dubai luxury market experience exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of VIP and high-end guest expectations.

As the face of personalized guest services the Chief Concierge will oversee all concierge operations curate bespoke experiences manage distinguished guest requests and maintain strong relationships with luxury partners across Dubai. You will set the benchmark for service excellence while mentoring and developing a world-class concierge team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead train and manage the Concierge team ensuring 5-star luxury service standards are consistently met


• Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs repeat guests celebrities and high-profile clientele


• Curate exclusive tailor-made guest experiences (dining entertainment luxury transport private events lifestyle services)


• Maintain an extensive up-to-date network of Dubai luxury partners vendors and service providers


• Handle complex guest requests with discretion efficiency and creativity


• Oversee daily concierge operations scheduling and service flow


• Anticipate guest needs through pre-arrival planning and guest profile analysis


• Resolve guest feedback or complaints with elegance diplomacy and swift solutions


• Ensure immaculate presentation of the Concierge desk and team at all times


• Collaborate closely with Front Office Guest Relations F&B and Hotel Management


• Uphold brand standards grooming guidelines and service etiquette consistently


• Ensure compliance with hotel policies safety and data privacy standards

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel concierge experience in Dubai


• Previous experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge in a 5-star luxury hotel


• Strong knowledge of Dubais luxury lifestyle dining entertainment and cultural landscape


• Recognized concierge certifications


• Exceptional leadership communication and guest-relation skills


• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage


• Highly polished professional appearance and demeanor


• Proven ability to manage VIP expectations with discretion and confidence
