Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group Dubai Festival City is seeking a Bell Attendant to join our Concierge team. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals, escort guests to the Front Desk and provide information about hotel services to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires one year of relevant experience, strong English communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We offer a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits within the InterContinental

Qualifications

• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Strong time-management under busy shifts.
• Outgoing personality to create memorable guest moments.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year in a similar hospitality role.
• High school diploma; college degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by opening car and taxi doors for arrivals and departures.
• Welcome guests at the entrance and greet Priority Club members.
• Escort guests to Front Desk and support check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Help with heavy packages, coats and luggage as needed.
• Keep lobby tidy and inform Bell Captain of major cleaning needs.
• Prepare and deliver newspapers to guest rooms as instructed.
