Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• M100 Essentials of Community Management Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or related service industries.
• Knowledge of community management principles and day-to-day operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and coordinate facilities management service providers.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement community management policies and KPIs.
• Assist with compliance monitoring according to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and operational audits for maintenance and safety.
• Coordinate with service providers to address maintenance concerns.
• Manage customer complaints and resolutions with stakeholders.
• Prepare administrative reports and procurement documentation.
• Support planning of community events and resident engagement.
