Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Community Manager for Luxury Residential estates, villas, and premium shared spaces. You will oversee asset protection, facilities coordination, and premium resident services, ensuring exceptional living environments for high-net-worth residents.

Responsibilities include strategy development, vendor governance, annual operating and CAPEX planning, and continuous improvement of service delivery while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in premium residential communities or luxury villa environments.
• Dubai/UAE community management experience; ability to work with high-net-worth residents.

Responsibilities

• Establish a community management strategy aligned with landlord priorities and resident expectations.
• Define operating model and service standards for a premium residential environment.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with residents, landlords, suppliers, and partners.
• Prepare annual operating plans covering services, operations, budgets, and CAPEX.
• Oversee facilities, landscaping, security, and other essential community services.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop lifestyle programs and resident engagement activities for premium communities.
• Maintain records on property condition, maintenance history, and enhancements.
